Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026. This is a practical launch policy and should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the service and customer base grow.
What we do
Get Cleaning Quote provides software to independent cleaning businesses. We do not provide cleaning services. A cleaning business using the platform controls its customer relationship and decides how to use quote-request information.
Information we collect
We collect business account information such as business name, owner email, password hash, and pricing settings. When a customer requests a quote, we collect the name, email, phone number, property details, service preferences, and notes submitted in the form. We also maintain essential security and service logs.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, calculate estimates, deliver quote requests and proposals, authenticate users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and communicate about the requested service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the application and database and deliver transactional email. They process information on our behalf to provide those functions.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept while a workspace is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. Workspace owners can permanently delete their workspace and quote data in Settings. Limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups and logs.
Choices and requests
Customers may contact the cleaning business that received their request to correct or delete quote information. Workspace owners can update or delete their account in Settings. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@getcleaningquote.co.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, restricted owner access, password hashing, request limits, and authenticated email. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date.
