Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026. These launch terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader paid distribution.

The service

Get Cleaning Quote provides quote-request and proposal workflow software for cleaning businesses. We are not a cleaning company, do not perform or supervise cleaning work, and are not a party to agreements between cleaning businesses and their customers.

Accounts

Workspace owners must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and use the service lawfully. They are responsible for the pricing, proposals, promises, and services presented through their workspace.

Estimates and transactions

All displayed prices are starting estimates configured by the cleaning business. They are not binding offers from Get Cleaning Quote. Scheduling, final pricing, payment, service quality, cancellations, refunds, disputes, licenses, taxes, and insurance are the responsibility of the cleaning business and customer.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, access another workspace, send unlawful or deceptive content, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, or interfere with service operation.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Get Cleaning Quote is not responsible for cleaning services, lost business, indirect damages, or disputes between a cleaning business and customer.

Termination

Workspace owners may delete their account in Settings. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in ways that threaten the platform or others.

Changes and contact
